Inspiring reporting

Media has a tendency to report negative things and in this preoccupation with negative reporting they often forget to highlight positive and inspiring stories. So when I saw this news report, my heart smiled :-) It's really heart warming to know that a small village in Bihar has been crime free since last 40 years despite being surrounded by naxal infested areas. Our government and media should study this example and try to find what is there in this village that repels crime. May be some kind of a worthwhile model could emerge that could make many other places crime free. After all positives breed positives. What does junta feel?
